Shipping Policy
We value our customers' satisfaction and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zerara Attire. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe for returns ranges from 15 days to 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached to be eligible for return or exchange.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You may need to provide a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase when returning or exchanging any item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with our customer support team at [zerarahr@outlook.com]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. In the case of an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 15 days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately with a photo of the issue. We will either provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost, depending on your preference.
